High-tech industries such as semiconductor, cloud data centers, and LCD, suffered by frequent power dips (Voltage drop) or power outages, which can cause huge financial losses over millions of US dollars.
Backup power supply system consists of large emergency generators and dynamic UPS has been built for each factory, to secure and safeguard production of the industry.

Every failure of power supply will trigger sudden startup of dynamic UPS (up to 2,250 kVA) and emergency generator (up to 2,250 kW). Large amount of toxic diesel exhaust is then discharged from the engines, operators of clean room and surrounding residents will have the most direct and fatal carcinogenic impact by the toxic diesel exhaust of Gensets and dynamic UPS.
