Products Dual Regeneration Particulate Filter

Specialty diesel vehicles including garbage truck, sprinkler truck, ditch vacuum excavator, street sweeper, aircraft refueler, driver training vehicle and towing truck etc.
Non-road mobile machinery (NRMM) including compressor, generator sets, carne, mobile pump, forklift truck, stacker, road roller, shovel truck, and excavator etc.
Dual regeneration particulate filter is applicable for specialty diesel vehicles and non-road mobile machinery (NRMM), which is normally operated at exhaust temperature below 240 ℃ due to low speed or short distance driving, and frequent engine idling.

When vehicle or NRMM is operated at high driving speed, or heavy weight carried, soot of exhaust will be trapped and self-regenerated by catalyzed filter instantaneously as exhaust temperature over 300℃.

When vehicle or NRMM is operated at low driving speed or frequent engine idling, soot of exhaust will be trapped and stored by filter. Regeneration of filter can be carried out by triggering supportive electrical heater when required after job being completed.

Extremely low operation cost of dual regeneration particulate filter, which does not require additional diesel fuel injected as burner system, or to park vehicles along roadside incidentally to lit off burner for filter regeneration.

Dual regeneration particulate filter does not require to modify vehicle or NRMM for installation of additional fuel line and fuel tank as burner system.
Burner system requires intensive repair and maintenance for fuel injection nozzle cleaning and replacements once smelly white diesel fuel fume discharged through exhaust pipe.
