High-tech industry of TFT LCD, semiconductor, and cloud data centers are normally suffered by frequent power dips and outage of normal power supply.
Each incident of power failure causes huge financial losses of industry. A reliable backup power system is vitally required for the high-tech industry.

Tens of diesel generator sets integrated with dynamic UPS are normally designed and installed in each factory as backup power system to safeguard production and loss preventing of high-tech industry.
Diesel exhaust discharging from running dynamic UPS and generator sets, contains large amount of toxic polluted gases, such as fine suspended particles PM2.5, nitrogen oxides (NO_x), carbon monoxide (CO), and hydrocarbons (HC) etc., operators of clean room and the nearby residents around the factory are highly exposed to the direct carcinogenic risks.
Dynamic UPS and generator sets of high-tech industry, not only provides immediate response to power dip or outage, that running diesel engines at full load within few seconds, but also running diesel engines idling for 10-15 minutes after routine weekly maintenance of generators and dynamic UPS.

The exhaust temperature of short running gensets and dynamic UPS idling after routine weekly maintenance is far below 200℃.
Simple and faulty design particulate filter cannot be self-regenerated and restored, either due to regeneration strategy not being selected correctly, or misuse of catalyzed filter due to low exhaust temperature of generator sets.

Simple and faulty design particulate filter is either unusable, abandoned, or uncontrolled regeneration took place that over sooting particulate filter may cause fire incident in some cases.

Patented emission control system

The emission control system in abating diesel exhaust of generator sets and dynamic UPS developed by Trivision, is the only system that is using dual regeneration particulate filter in Taiwan.
